We initially put the house up for sale exactly the way the sellers were living in it – with their furniture and with the homeowners living at the house. The highest offer we got was 3,200,000. We advised the sellers to move out and once they did we painted the house white, staged and took new pictures. We sold the house immediately for 3,600,000.
